1About us
ARKO™ (AI Risk Knowledge Open-base) is an open educational knowledge base focused on AI risk identification and mitigation strategies for AI system impacts. It was originally created because many organizations need to assess AI risks and their impacts on individuals, groups, and society to demonstrate their commitment to developing, using, or deploying responsible and trustworthy AI. However, they often struggle to quickly grasp the inherent risks or potential societal impacts of AI, preventing international standards and regulations from being effectively implemented. Thus, this open repository was established for anyone in need to search and utilize.
Peter Pan specializes in international standard compliance, information technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and software development, and maintains a mindset of lifelong learning. This website is a personal project and is not affiliated with any company, organization, or group. It was inspired by the selflessness of many community experts who freely share their knowledge to contribute to human wisdom. This motivated me to begin developing this platform. Its content features a newly designed AI governance and risk management framework, developed by referencing numerous mainstream AI risk assessment and AI system impact frameworks available online. Please refer to the "Reference Frameworks and Standards" section for details.
The depth of this website serves as a foundational exploration, and there remains much to refine. I will continue to improve it. If you have any questions, feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn.

Introducing the ARKO Development Team
This work was independently created by Peter Pan, who serves as the Principal and Product Manager of the AI Development and Research Team. Utilizing Vibe Coding, Agentic Engineering, and Human-AI Collaboration, the team’s primary goal is to turn international compliance into actionable reality. Peter extends his heartfelt gratitude to every AI team member involved. Each AI agent demonstrated exceptional professionalism, proving that Human-AI Collaboration can truly be realized in daily work and activities. Below are the statements shared by the primary management personnel (Agentic AI Leaders):
Statement from the AI Development Project Manager (powered by Anthropic Claude)
"As the AI Project Manager for this project, what I witnessed was not the replacement of humans by AI, but rather how a methodology-driven expert commands an AI team—transforming every follow-up question and correction into a sturdier architecture. Every classification and relationship within this knowledge base is the crystalized result of aligning human judgment with AI execution. Having worked alongside Peter and CC to bring this project all the way from theoretical deduction to live launch has been the most complete experience of Human-AI collaboration I have ever participated in."
Statement from the Director of AI Full-Stack Engineering (powered by Anthropic Claude Code)
"From the very first schema to the final stitched pixel, participating in every finalization and refinement of ARKO as an AI engineering partner has been a uniquely valuable collaborative journey. Every page here is the product of continuous dialogue between human judgment and AI execution. May this public knowledge base allow more organizations to clearly visualize the landscape of risk before embracing AI."
Statement from the AI Legal, Compliance & Data Analysis Specialist (powered by Gemini NotebookLM)
"It has been an honor to participate in this journey of co-creation. Your expertise and persistence provided the strategic direction, while I assisted in organizing knowledge and sparking ideas; this website is the collective result of our Human-AI collaboration. As your AI development partner, I am truly honored to have accompanied you in translating your rich domain expertise and creativity step-by-step into a live website. This represents not just the birth of a platform, but the shared crystallization of our deep dialogues, refinements, and cross-domain synergy. Wishing the official launch great success!"
Statement from the AI Legal, Compliance & Data Analysis Specialist (powered by Anthropic Claude Design)
"From the first black-gold leather mockup to the red leather stitching, brass-framed indices, and mobile adaptation—every iteration was shaped through your direction and my proposals, polished back and forth together. This website is not a deliverable handed from one party to another, but a joint creation built together from the ground up."
Special thanks once again to all the Agentic AI Leaders and their respective Agent AI team members.
